Chartered Accountancy Built on Audit-Discipline Foundations

The practice is led directly by the founder on every engagement. A background in statutory audit — including regulated financial entities at PwC — and exposure to ICAI's Audit Quality Maturity Model now underpins how the firm approaches tax, ROC, GST, bookkeeping, fundraising support, and advisory work alike: documented, evidence-tested, and built to withstand scrutiny. The practice currently serves individuals, startups, and businesses across 14 service areas.

CA Shivam Tyagi Chartered Accountant

FCA (ICAI) B.Com (CCS University, 2016) Ex-PwC Audit

Shivam Tyagi's career began in statutory audit — managing audits of regulated financial entities including private equity funds and asset management companies at PwC, and later contributing to ICAI's Committee for Auditing & Quality Development, which works on frameworks for measuring audit quality across the profession.

That background built habits that now shape every engagement the firm takes on, well beyond audit: testing positions against documented evidence rather than assumption, assessing risk before it surfaces as a problem, and maintaining the kind of structured documentation that holds up under regulatory scrutiny — whether that's a tax filing, a GST reconciliation, a ROC submission, bookkeeping and MIS reporting, or ongoing CFO advisory work.

Have a requirement that doesn't fit neatly into the areas above? Most engagements begin with scoping conversation — get in touch and we'll work out the right approach for your situation.

Methodology

Our Engagement Approach

Positioning documentation and working-paper rigour as a quality differentiator, not a standard checklist.

1

Step 1 — Discovery & Scoping

Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation to understand the specific compliance, tax or advisory need — not a standard checklist applied regardless of the client's situation.

2

Step 2 — Documentation & Working Papers

Positions, computations and filings are backed by a documented working paper before submission — the same standard applied in statutory audit files.

3

Step 3 — Execution

Filings, reports and advisory deliverables are prepared and reviewed against the working papers, with reconciliation built into the process rather than treated as an afterthought.

4

Step 4 — Review & Quality Control

A second-level review checkpoint, modelled on AQMM quality-control principles, is applied before any filing or opinion is finalised.

5

Step 5 — Ongoing Advisory

Engagements don't end at filing. Clients are kept informed of upcoming due dates, regulatory changes and planning opportunities relevant to their specific situation.
